2008. American Psychological Association award for “Culture and Leadership Across the World: The GLOBE Book of In-Depth Studies of 25 Societies.” Recipient of the 2008 Ursula Gielen Global Psychology Book Award, given annually by the International Psychology Division (52), American Psychological Association, to authors of the book that makes the most significant contribution to psychology as a global discipline.

2007. Bob House received the Eminent Scholar award for his long years of contributions to the field of leadership.
